Dr. Tavara Johnson is soaring in her calling effortlessly as a global leader. She specializes in helping individuals examine their current state, identify obstacles, and develop an action plan to propel them into next-level living. Dr. Johnson uses her God-given gifts and professional expertise to help emerging, and experienced leaders arise from a place of obscurity while pursuing their purpose. The CEO of Tavara Johnson Enterprises, her empire, exists to aid ministries, businesses, and individuals in birthing their divine vision and fulfilling their missions on earth. She is also the CEO of Emergence Media Group, a digital platform providing the opportunity for men and women leaders to tell their brand stories.
Dr. Johnson’s passion for bringing exposure, equipping leaders, and bridging the gap between their current circumstances and their desired positions in life led her to launch the Emergence Radio Talk Show on the Envision Broadcasting Network and All Nations Stellar Award Winning Radio Network. In addition, she operates a suite of programs she uses to inspire and empower those she’s called to serve. Dr. Johnson founded the Emerging Leaders Labs and The Corporate Leaders Lab to implement proven strategies that help leaders move in power towards their destiny. Her programs focus primarily on assisting men and women who find it difficult to unleash the leader within to develop and cultivate their unique Personal Brand voice.
While leading a life dedicated to pushing others to attain success at their highest potential, Dr. Johnson prides herself on her personal and professional accomplishments. She holds a Doctorate Degree in the Ministry of Christian Counselling from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University.
Dr. Johnson is a visionary author who has written multiple literary publications, including a singles devotional entitled The Weight of the Wait; I Declare War: Spiritual Warfare Declarations. In addition, she’s co-author of Dreamer on the Rise and Emerging Leaders: Strategies to Navigate Your Leadership Journey. When asked how she balances it all, she repeats her life’s mantra, “People make time for whatever is important to them.”
Her journey of impacting lives has been quite eventful. She’s grateful and delighted to have graced the cover of several magazine publications, including feature articles in the likes of KISH Magazine, Beautilicious Beauty Magazine, UpWords Magazine (India), and Refuse to Lose Magazine. In addition, she has appeared as a guest on The Dreamer in You TV Show. Furthermore, numerous radio shows such as Blossoms of my Life Radio Show, God’s Gems Radio Show, Kishma George Radio Show, and The Good Deeds Radio Show.
