I am Floretta Dugger visionary and founder of Gifts to The Body, an outreach program of Prophetic Restoration Ministry, where I co-pastor alongside my husband of 31 years, Apostle Addis Dugger. I Founded and co- own with my husband Complete Cleaning Commercial and Residential Janitorial Services. All these businesses have been in operation for over 25 years.

I recently became an Author. My first book, Red As Scarlet White Like Snow, (my testimony) has been published and in a very short time have sold and distributed close to 300 books. We have donated some books to judicial institutions, women in transition, and homeless programs. As a visionary of Gifts To The Body, along with a few other great people, I prayerfully aid those sent to us and reach out to our program. We provide assistance via groups that are honest and transparent about trauma related issues that have hindered some of these women from knowing that they are also Gifts To The Body by way of God’s word. Our support and affirmation workshops, including hands on events, which focuses on the total person, building people, family and communities is challenging but encouraging and has had great impact in the life of many.

Being founder and co-owner of Complete Cleaning  is a major accomplishment in my life. I completed High School in an institution for incorrigible girls at the age of seventeen, and following on to adult prison a couple of years later. Upon my release I obtained custody of my three daughters and furthered my education attending Business College. I worked on college campuses learning business skills and improved my self-esteem at the same time. It was unknown to me then that I would be CEO of a lucrative business one day and helping others to start entrepreneurships. It was my dream then and continues to be my desire to raise up CEO’s spiritually and naturally.

The hardships were many, as I gained my stability from past traumas. There were many “high and low mental days“ whereas finances and circumstances limited my progress, and I struggled with my past, procrastination, and any hopes that success could happen for me. My “cushion“ and support system was my own desire for my beautiful innocent daughters. I did not want them to travel the road I had and there are too many personal supporters to name for fear of leaving out very important gifts who prayed for me, helped provide for me, corrected me, etc.… pastors, friends, social workers , employers and for the past 31 years my husband whom I have grown so much with.

These experiences have taught me to Never Give Up and that I Am Never Alone. My Bishop once told me, “Flo, look in the mirror and tell yourself I am somebody “Hence Gifts to The Body! Yes, I am! I juggle my time with home life while pursuing my business by being a student of the word of God and applying it daily while appreciating His grace and mercy in my life. I schedule “self-care days” to keep our marriage and family in focus, never venturing too far away from either. I want people to know and remember my sincerity and transparency as it relates to each personal relatable encounter with me. A word of advice I would give to the readers is to continue to Ascend in pursuit of their dreams no matter where they are currently.
Do not allow fear of failure to stop you also don’t be afraid to ask for help, and to know most of all you have what you need to succeed inside of you. Take time to listen to the still small voice inside yielding great rewards. God loves you, He’s got our Backs! He wants us to succeed and to be prosperous! I am currently playing a major role in a play called Hats revealing some of the Hats we wear to disguise our issues. I am preparing another book signing soon at a few locations.

I also, along with my support team, have a job training conference in view, along with some fun things such as a fashion show and pamper parties. My husband and I are always on the lookout to take Complete Cleaning to another level. We train and encourage members to become business owners. Sometime soon Book number two is on the list .
