I Ascend: Tell us who you are?
Aaron: My name is Aaron Crump Jr. & I am identified by CRUMP FIT. If I had to identify myself, I would say that I am a personal trainer/motivator that works a full-time job & is also an active parent to my son that is a preteen. He will be13 this December.

I Ascend: Please share and explain what you do.
Aaron: I am efficient in helping people achieve their fitness goals through intense training sessions depending on their personal goals & coaching/motivating people to not only exercise but to also have a healthy diet to live a healthy & fit life. Do to my experience with boxing training & being active in a few boxing events, I also use my personal knowledge of boxing to train people as well.

I am an Entrepreneur and I own a fitness apparel brand called CRUMPFIT APPAREL at www.crumpfit.com where I sell motivating fitness apparel for one to represent their fitness lifestyle. I coach people by default because I care about a person’s health. I always have. I’ve change lives before fitness even becoming a business for me by conversation & also spent extra time in the gym to help a person with their fitness goals by coaching them with nutrition and or showing them a few exercises that they can do to achieve their fitness goals effectively.

I Ascend: How many years have you been in this profession?
Aaron: I have been in this profession for roughly 5 years as far as business goes but I been coaching and training people for the love of fitness & health for about 10 years when I can. So, it’s safe to say I been doing this for about 15 years.

I Ascend: What has the process of “Becoming” on this journey been like for you?
Aaron: It’s been fun, I love what I do. It doesn’t even feel like work. I enjoy coaching & training. I’ve been active all my life. So, stemming from me being a basketball athlete from when I was approx. 8 years old. I gravitated to exercise due to my father when I was approx. 14 & loved it then took it to another level. So this journey is part of who I am as a person. I love to be active, I love fitness, I love to be the best as I can be and lastly I love to coach and train people. I love what I do.

I Ascend: Where did it all begin for you?
Aaron: It’s hard to say when exactly I began my fitness journey because I been working out like all my life, but I took it personally serious when I was like 18 years old. This is after I stopped playing organize basketball and made a personal decision to exercise. I enjoyed every part of it.

I Ascend: What hardships have you faced in Ascending to where you are?
Aaron: It’s challenging to make time to train the way I would like due to having a full-time job and being an active parent but I’m blessed to have clients that are flexible when it comes to my free time to train.
I have a lot of tired days, but I make it work because I love what I do. This pandemic has also slowed things down as well but I’m flexible when it comes to my training sessions. I make it work when I can. I also didn’t realize the expenses of starting a business but I started before I was ready and made things work financially.

I Ascend: Who served as your Cushion and Support Team during the hard times?
Aaron: Family if needed but I for the most part like to independently find a way to get out of hard times.

I Ascend: What have these experiences taught you? The Highs and Lows if any?
Aaron: When it comes to business you have to be smart, strategic and patient. It can be a bit stressful but you have to weather the storm until the sun shines bright. I don’t see highs and lows really. I see experiences that you can learn from.

I Ascend:

How do you juggle your time with home life while pursuing your business?
Aaron: I just adjust the best I can. The one thing that I learned is that I had to manage my lifestyle to the best of my ability that works for me for balance.

I Ascend: Congratulations on Ascending and standing in your Truth and Pursuing Destiny.
What do you want people to remember about you?
Aaron: I would like people to remember how genuinely dedicated I am to the love of fitness and remember how I changed lives for the better by coaching, training and even business.

I Ascend: What word of advice would you give to readers to have them continue to Ascend in pursuit of their dream no matter where they are currently?
Aaron: Live your dream and don’t let no one distract you or stop you from living it the way you want to live it.

I Ascend: Please share some of the projects you’re currently working on?
Aaron: I’m currently working on new apparel to release at this time. I have new ideas I’m brainstorming on but not yet ready to leak yet.

I Ascend: How can our readers continue to follow and stay abreast of all that you’re doing?
